We provide services including ramped access, level access showers, and bathroom adaptations to improve accessibility and comfort for residents, while providing value added services to local authorities and landlords through the expertise of our teams and supply chain.
We have delivered hundreds of aids and adaptation works throughout the housing sector via multidisciplinary contracts and bespoke aids and adaptation arrangements.
VINCI Facilities Building Solutions was appointed by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to provide major aids and adaptations to enable residents to remain living independently in their own homes. We agreed a whole house approach to ensure each property was future-proofed for the customer’s long-term needs. Since 2005, we have completed c.£15m of aids and adaptations in the region.
