This will typically include design managers, M&E project managers and document controllers, working alongside our construction teams.

At VINCI Facilities Building Solutions, we focus on collaboration and transparency with our clients and supply chain to deliver excellent projects on time and within specification (always following the RIBA Plan of Work). Our technical experts ensure that our projects are industry compliant, meeting the necessary regulations and standards.

We have completed Design & Build work for clients such as the Khalsa Academy – a phased project that we delivered within the time frame of four weeks. Key to this project was client liaison, traffic management and programming of works. Working in collaboration with our local supply chain, we delivered excellence through our mobilisation and pre-construction process.
