We provide advice on portfolio strategy and manage all stages of the property life cycle, including operational maintenance, capital projects and capital receipts. At VINCI Facilities, a key priority of ours is the optimisation of revenue, capital and life cycle spending for our clients.
Our team of over 200 highly trained experts deliver property management services to circa 450 council buildings and schools in Lincolnshire. The diverse portfolio covers council offices, heritage buildings (including windmills, museums and Lincoln Castle), and a combined operational police, fire and ambulance station.
VINCI Facilities collaborated with Lincolnshire County Council and other stakeholders to deliver the UK's first tri-service blue light station with custody. Providing support from construction to a very successful operational launch, we now deliver hard and soft FM services across the site. This project was awarded the HM Government Property ONE Team Award in 2020.
We constantly adapt our skills to meet new requirements; for example, we recently trained our technicians to maintain PV arrays, which are being installed to support the council’s renewable energy/carbon reduction target.
