Tony Raikes

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tony is passionate about delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, underpinned by a relentless desire to continuously improve the way we deliver our services. He also believes that innovation can only be created through an engaged, motivated and skilled team, who strive to develop sustainable solutions for the future. A Civil Engineer by training, Tony’s early career was spent in the UK, China and Africa. Tony joined Taylor Woodrow Facilities Management in 2001, leading to the creation of VINCI Facilities in 2009. He thoroughly enjoys working with a great team of people, who are committed to delivering the VINCI Facilities Vision.

Away from work he enjoys the great outdoors; cycling, trekking and playing various sports!

Rory Murphy

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Experienced Commercial Director with a demonstrated history of working across the construction and facilities management sector. A strong advocate for sustainability and responsible business practises delivering real value to all stakeholders.

Rory is a member of the RICS World Regional Board for the UK & Ireland and is also the chair of the FM Professional Group Board within the RICS. Rory is keen to see the development of future commercial talent and ensures that opportunities exist to identify, recruit and retain the very best talent both within his own business and in the sector generally.

Phil Russell

MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR

Proud to work for VINCI Facilities as the Marketing lead but also advising and supporting the Sales and Customer Management activities across our Facilities Management and Building Solutions businesses. A background focused on business growth and customer service, Phil believes that delivering the ‘promise’ is fundamental to any organisation and must underpin everything we do. An active participant in encouraging men to take greater responsibility to proactively manage their health.

Paul Goodridge

DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Responsible for delivering innovative and dynamic service delivery models to our customers in Health, Local and Central Government, Transport and Stadia. With over 30 years of operational and leadership experience.

Paul was also lead the set up and growth of our award winning cleaning, security and asset management service lines.

Paul Cottam

DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

A Chartered Engineer with executive board level experience spanning over 25 years in the built environment with a focus on Integrated Facilities Management, property refurbishment and energy management.

Passionate about sustainability and Health, Safety & Wellbeing; having served 9 years as a Trustee (NED) of the British Safety Council and currently a Trustee of Mates In Mind (a construction focused Mental Health charity) – there is no health without mental health!

Barry Boxall

DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, BUILDING SOLUTIONS

Barry has been in the construction industry for over 40 years working across a variety of public & private sectors. He has worked extensively on many heritage schemes throughout London; including, the Bank of England, Somerset House and The Royal Courts of Justice.

Barry is a keen advocate of team work and collaborative engagement with all our stakeholders to achieve a mutual successful result; whilst also ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and providing a positive contribution to the communities we work in.

Gary Nunn

DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, BUILDING SOLUTIONS EAST

An experienced senior manager and commercial professional with extensive experience in leading and developing our teams in the successful delivery of customer focused construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects within a variety of challenging environments for the defence, healthcare, education and heritage sectors.

Gary Codling

PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

As Performance Director, Gary has developed the company’s distinct approach to continuous improvement and digitalisation applying lean and agile philosophies to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance smart building performance.

His role is to support the VINCI Facilities management team to align their development programmes to our customers objectives and support our teams to deliver incremental gains in performance. Right now, Gary is leading the deployment of VINCI’s digital strategy and development road-map.

Daren Irvin

HEAD OF HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY

Daren is passionate about keeping people free from harm and has developed our 45001, 14001 and 9001 certified management systems specifically to support our teams in achieving HSEQ excellence.

With over 20 years of practical and managerial experience in managing H&S and fire safety in high risk environments, Daren has improved the safety culture with the introduction of our behavioural safety programme, THINK AGAIN!

Kellie Hockings

DIVISIONAL HEAD OF HR

Pivotal to success of VINCI Facilities is its people. Kellie’s responsibility is to help us deliver our commitment, where we put people at the forefront of everything we do. Her work ensures that we stay closely connected to our teams and provide support & guidance on all employment related matters; ensuring they feel motivated, happy, healthy and engaged with our VINCI values.

Kellie has over 15 years of experience in various industries both public and private sectors covering; education, magazine publishing, hospitality, retail and over the last 4 years facilities management specialising in Employee Relations.
